New film project announced amid evolving Netflix partnership
The Sussexes recently revealed plans to produce a film based on the true story of British troops under siege during the Afghanistan war. Their production company, Archewell, is developing the feature for Netflix, adapted from Major Adam Jowett's book No Way Out. This project follows changes to their relationship with the streaming platform, which shifted from a multi-year deal to a "first look" agreement last summer, giving Netflix first refusal on any new projects.
Private visit to Australia
In April, the couple completed a four-day private trip to Australia's east coast, their first visit since stepping back as senior royals.
