Crusaders endure historic loss at home
North Wales Crusaders were humiliated 134-0 by London Broncos on Sunday, marking the heaviest defeat in the top two tiers of rugby league since the sport began 131 years ago.

The crushing loss occurred at Stadiwm CSM in Colwyn Bay, where the Crusaders conceded 25 tries. London's Emarly Bitungane scored the opening try within the first minute, while centre Brandon Webster-Mansfield crossed the line five times.
The 134-point margin falls just 10 points short of the all-time record in rugby league, set in 2018 when York Knights defeated North Wales Raiders 144-0 in League One.
Crusaders' troubled season
This is the third time this season the Crusaders have conceded over 100 points, including a 106-18 defeat to the same London Broncos side in the capital. The team has now lost 11 of its 14 Championship matches.
Compounding their struggles, the Crusaders sit at the bottom of the table with -6 points after a 12-point deduction imposed earlier in the season due to insolvency and a change in ownership.
Broncos dominate Championship
In contrast, London Broncos remain unbeaten in the Championship, topping the table with 14 wins from 14 games. Their clinical performance on Sunday underscored their dominance in the league this season.

Despite the record-breaking loss, the Crusaders have mathematically ensured their survival in the Championship for next season, avoiding relegation.
